    We apologize in advance for any delays due to the current state of the USPS!

     We do our absolute best to get all orders out to you within 2-business days.
    Available inventory will ship via UPS GROUND unless another shipping method is requested.
    Free shipping on all orders over $100.
    Special orders tend to take 10 days - 3 weeks.


    LOCAL CUSTOMERS

    LOCAL PICKUP available. Select "Local Pickup" as your shipping method after filling out your address information.

    All LOCAL PICKUP orders will be available in the GREEN LOUISE BASKET at 801 Locust Ave, Charlottesville, Va 22902 same-day if ordered by 3 PM.

    All orders after 3 PM will be available the following day at 10 AM.

    RETURNS

    If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept returns of unused / unopened / unworn merchandise for a full refund, exchange, or store credit postmarked within 10 business days of delivery (or in-store purchase). Items postmarked within 15 business days are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

    We cannot process a refund, credit, or exchange until we have inspected the condition of the returned item(s). Once approved, your refund will be issued to the credit card you used to place the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. You will receive an email confirmation.

    RETURN AUTHORIZATION

    If you would like to return any item(s) from your order, please email us at high@louise-shop.com within 10 business days of receiving your shipment for a return authorization.

    Once we have okay’ed your return, please follow the guidelines below for returning your item(s):

    Local returns: Please email high@louise-shop.com with your return details.

    All others: Please send your insured return with a shipper who provides tracking information to:

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any shipping fees for orders returned.

    SALE ITEMS

    All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

    Price adjustments on sale items: We will honor price adjustments on sale items within 48 hours of purchase. Price adjustments are issued as store credit only.
